Workshop Culture Mapping by Dave Gray: Can culture be designed? (Sydney)

Tuesday 18 August 2015 Workshop Culture Mapping by Dave Gray: Can culture be designed? (Sydney)

Dave Gray, author of Gamestorming and Connected Company, is visiting Australia in 2015 and will be holding three one-day Culture Mapping Workshops in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, hosted by Business Models Inc. Australia and presented by Wildwon.

The Culture Map

In this workshop you will learn about Dave’s new business design tool, the Culture Map, which has been used by organisations around the world to improve the success rates of mergers, acquisitions, re-organisation and renewal initiatives, new business launches, strategy initiatives and other important change projects. You will learn how to engage people in structured, evidence-based examinations of their current culture, including its strengths and challenges, resulting in an “as-is” map of your company culture.  You will also learn how to create an aspirational “to-be” culture map, a kind of “culture vision” that you can use as a guide toward a more desirable future state.

Program Australia

David will be in Sydney on August 18th, in Brisbane on August 24th and in Melbourne on September 3rd.
